I am glad you had...Good to have you back blogging. I am glad you had a good season of rest. Very thoughtful post. It is difficult in this season especially, in the lives of American Christians, to understand all that is going on. But, when one believes in the Sovereignty of God, we can rest assured that whatever does happen, even with a failed government, that He is ultimately in charge. He raises up kings and removes them. He also brings righteous judgment on nations that turn from Him, just like we see over and over again with the children of Israel. And yes, it is out of His love and justice that He performs these great acts.
