Yay! We've moved from the intro diet to the full GAPS diet. The kids are loving their veggies and many of our symptoms seem to be resolving. Heidi has gained TWO pounds in a month -- a record for her and a blessing since she's always been underweight! Everyone's skin is glowing and we feel great! The only trouble we've had was reintroducing eggs...they didn't seem to agree with anyone so we're going to wait a while to try them again. We're just now working diary into our diets through kefir and Lane, who had the most trouble with it, seems to be handling it quite well. Emotionally, the kids seem to be more balanced and everyone is sleeping much sounder at night and waking up feeling rested. I can definitely tell when we cheat and eat something with sugar in it...I notice by the next day that I'm feeling lethargic again. Another plus, I've even lost a few pounds! We're going to keep on keepin' on!
Now, to figure out what to bring to Bible study for a dessert that will make us all happy!
